Orders placed ship within 3 weeks of being placed.  

If you order by the deadline for your grad date, we will guarantee the order gets to you in time for graduation.  

We ship UPS Ground, unless your address is a P.O. box.

PROOFS:

We will email a proof for approval to the address associated with the order.  If you do not sign off or request changes in the allotted time, we will ship the order as placed on the site.  We allow 48 hours for modification requests once the proof has been emailed.   I do try to text the number associated with the order when I send proofs. If you are concerned, you are welcome to email us.

PROMO: 

Our website will automatically apply your promo once you qualify. 

You will receive 1/2 off of a Pre-designed Shirt, Build Your Own Shirt or personalized flag when you purchase 5 or more at full price.  That means that you have to have at least 6 qualifying items in your cart for it to be applied. 

You can use the promo more than once if you have an order that meets the criteria. 

We cannot apply the discount to combined orders.  

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS:

We HIGHLY recommend you order for everyone that could possibly need a shirt, because time and time again we get asked to please make an "uncle" shirt because now he is going and needs a shirt.  I am not willing to skip dinner, run across town, or have a nervous breakdown over someone that did not plan for their own future, but expects me too. ORDER. THAT. DUDE. A. SHIRT. 

Seriously, save yourself stress and order for everyone.  Family members will work your nerves.  We know it is hard, but we have to prioritize our families that follow our schedule and boundaries.  It allows us to provide great service and products.

These dates are on a Monday.  We always extend it to the following Wednesday for procrastinators.  

We will not guarantee an order after this time and we do not accept rush orders.

Held Back or Sent Home Recruits:

Because we are officially licensed with the United States Marine Corps, we understand your worry about dates changing. Once you have ordered, please email us immediately if your recruit is held back or being sent home.

• If we have not shipped the order, we will refund you based on where we are in production. We will deduct any supplies we cannot use on another order from your refund.
• If your order has shipped and your recruit is held back, we will accept your original shirts as a trade-in and only charge you half for the new order if they are mailed back to us and received before the date of the family/grad day that they were made for.  
• If your order has shipped and your recruit is sent home, there is no refund available.
