INSURANCE TERMS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any order canceled within 24 hours of payment will be fully refunded.

Any portion of an order canceled after 24 hours will have a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.

If your recruit is held back due to failing a test, not qualifying, injury, or illness and we are notified before your scheduled production date we will hold your order and modify it with the new grad date details.  This situation would not count as an insurance claim.  

If your recruit is held back due to failing a test, not qualifying, injury, or illness and we are notified on or after your scheduled production date we will replace your insured shirts and personalized flags one time for free.  If we have shipped your original order already, you will need to pay the shipping to get the replacement order to you.  We will also need the original order returned to us before the grad date it was made for. 

Any additional schedule changes due to the issues listed above will be invoiced at 50% plus shipping. 

This insurance does cover product and shipping refunds if they are sent home and we are notified before your scheduled production date.  On or after your scheduled production date, there will be no refunds and we will ship as planned.  If you qualify for a refund, please email a copy of their discharge papers once they are home and that is when the refund will be issued.  You are welcome to white out personal info.   

This insurance does not cover a grad date changed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.  If the grad date is changed for a large group, such as a Battalion, Company, or Platoon this insurance will not cover that. It is meant for individual recruits with their own set of issues, not bulk changes.
