- We accept order cancellations with a full refund within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please email to cancel your order within that window. The time stamp on the order being placed and on the email will determine whether you qualify for a full refund.
- Any order canceled after the 24-hour full refund window, and before the production date listed will be refunded with an administrative fee deducted. The fee is $10 per item ordered plus shipping.
