- 1st Battalion - Use red somewhere on the shirts. It can be the shirt color or print color.
- 2nd battalion - Use yellow somewhere on the shirts. It can be the shirt color or print color. The Gildan yellow shirt color is called"gold".
- 3rd battalion - Use navy or royal blue somewhere on the shirts. It can be the shirt color or print color.
Personalization
The designs shown will be personalized with your family member's info and graduate info.
We can use any title, such as Mom, Dad, Grandma, BFF, Lil Man, etc.
SINCE WE OFFER SO MUCH PERSONALIZATION, WE DO ALLOW ORDER MODIFICATIONS BEFORE THE PROOF DOCUMENT IS FINALIZED. WE CONSIDER THE WEB ORDER A GENERAL IDEA OF WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE AND WILL SHIP WHAT IS SIGNED OFF ON. If you sign off and do not catch an error, we will replace any items for 1/2 price plus shipping.

What to expect once you have ordered:

- We will send a proof of your order details and artwork to the email associated with your order. That will be sent by the proof date listed above. We need you to have either finalized the document, requested a proof revision, or sent us an email saying you have not received a proof before the production time/date listed. The title of the email will contain "SLAP A STICKER ON IT via DocHub" Please check your spam folder. If you do not do any of the three, we will fulfill the order as ordered online, and consider the absence of your response forfeiture of the proof process. Any missing info will be left off of designs.
- Once we start production, we will not accept any order changes or proof revisions. That date/time is listed above.
- Orders will ship the business week of your crucible. The dates are listed above.
- Please email us the Saturday after the crucible if you have not received tracking in your email.
- If we shipped you something other than what you signed off on in the proof process, we will gladly replace that item for free including shipping, if you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery of the package. If you report the issue after the 24-hour window, and the package requires expedited shipping, you will be charged for the additional shipping amount.
What if you want to cancel your order?

- We accept order cancellations with a full refund within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please email to cancel your order within that window. The time stamp on the order being placed and on the email will determine whether you qualify for a full refund.
- Any order canceled after the 24-hour full refund window, and before the production date listed will be refunded with an administrative fee deducted. The fee is $10 per item ordered plus shipping. The time stamp on the order being placed and on the email will determine whether you qualify for a partial refund.
- We do not accept order cancellations once we start production. That date is listed above.
What if you sign off on something and it is not what you wanted?

- All of our items are personalized; therefore, we do not accept any returns or changes.
- We ship what is signed off on when we send your digital proof. If you approved something in error or need a different size or style, we will replace that item for ½ price plus shipping. Please open the package within 24 hours of delivery and report any needed replacements right away.
- If your recruit is held back or sent home, those issues are covered by our Insurance. Please see the Insurance terms and conditions below.
Insurance terms:

This insurance helps minimize the risk for you in case your recruit is held back or sent home due to failing a test, not qualifying, injury, or illness. This insurance does not cover a grad date changed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc. If the grad date is changed for a large group, such as a Battalion, Company, or Platoon, this insurance will not cover that. It is meant for individual recruits with their own set of issues, not bulk changes.
If your recruit is held back or sent home and we are notified BEFORE your scheduled production date:
- HELD BACK - We will issue a store credit that you can use to reorder when they resume training.
- SENT HOME - We will refund your order once you send a copy of the discharge papers.
If your recruit is held back or sent home and we are notified ON or AFTER your scheduled production date:
- HELD BACK - If we have not shipped the order yet, we will stop production and remake the order once for free when your recruit resumes training. If we have shipped the order, we will charge you half for replacements, plus shipping when your recruit resumes training.
- SENT HOME - There will be no store credits or refunds issued. We will ship the order as scheduled.
If you qualify for a refund, please email a copy of their discharge papers once they are home and that is when the refund will be issued. You are welcome to white out personal info.
