We are licensed with the Marine Corps and pay royalties that help give money back to your Marines!

These are deadlines and I am in the office the following Monday to help tie up loose ends.  If you can't get the order in, just make sure you message me by the deadline so that I will know you were trying.

ORDER OR ITEM CANCELLATIONS:

Any order cancelled within 24 hours of payment will be fully refunded.

Any portion of an order cancelled after the 24-hour period will have a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.

SLAP-A-STICKER ON IT INSURANCE TERMS

(Applies to insured items only. Insurance is $2 per covered item.)

Before your proof is signed off on:

If your recruit is held back and your grad date is delayed due to failing a test, not qualifying, injury, or illness, we will replace your insured items one time for free plus shipping.

Any additional schedule changes due to the issues listed above will be invoiced at 50% plus shipping.

This insurance does cover product and shipping refunds if they are sent home before your proof is approved.

The insurance funds will not be refunded.

Once your proof is signed off on, there will be no refunds and we will ship as planned.

If your proof is sent early, you are welcome to either sign off then, or wait until the scheduled proof date.

This insurance does not cover a grad date changed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.

If the grad date is changed for a large group, such as a Battalion, Company, or Platoon this insurance will not cover that.


It is meant for individual recruits with their own set of issues, not bulk changes.

FIRST, MESSAGE US TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!

We must receive your NEW/UNUSED items WITH TAGS ATTACHED BEFORE the ORIGINAL GRAD DATE or we will not replace items.

We do not pay or reimburse the shipping to get them back to us.

Q: HOW DOES IT WORK?
A: You basically build your own shirts.
You get to choose:
  • shirt styles
  • shirt colors
  • shirt sizes
  • design numbers and placement preference
  • titles of who is wearing each shirt
We plug in all of that as well as your graduates info.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT COLOR TO ORDER?
A: You can order what you would like. If you would like to order your recruit's battalion colors, here they are:
1st RTBN - Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta - Red shirts
2nd RTBN - Echo, Fox, Golf, Hotel, Papa - Yellow shirts
3rd RTBN - India, Kilo, Lima, Mike, November - Blue shirts (royal or navy)
You are welcome to get creative with your colors. this is a symbol of support, not a uniform.
Q: CAN EVERY DESIGN BE WORDED FOR A MALE OR FEMALE MARINE?
A: Yes!
Q: CAN EACH SHIRT BE WORDED FOR THE FAMILY MEMBER WEARING IT?
A: Yes! If you choose a design that includes that we will change wording for each person. If you order a design that does not include the title, we are happy to add it for you.
Q: HOW MANY DESIGNS CAN I CHOOSE?
A: Each shirt includes 2 designs. You are welcome to add more for $3.50 each addition. Adding an extra print color is $5 extra per shirt.
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE 2 GRADUATES?
A: We can incorporate their info onto the same shirt.
Q: WHAT IF I ORDER AND MY RECRUIT GETS HELD BACK OR SENT HOME?
A: We offer an optional replacement/refund insurance that covers you. There is a picture of the terms and conditions in this post.
Q: HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
A: You can order online and pay right away. You can add items to your cart and check out when you are ready. You can order through messenger and pay the payment link we generate when you are ready. If you order through messenger we will only book you for a ship date if it is available on the website.
Q: DO I GET A PROOF TO SEE MY DESIGNS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SHIRTS?
A: Yes. We send those through messenger. We will not make your shirts until you sign off that everything is what you want and how you want it.
Q: HOW DO I QUALIFY TO GET A 1/2 OFF ITEM?
A: Coupon codes are good one time, per customer.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES EACH PRODUCT COST?
I will include a price list in the photos, but we do have some reduced shirts on the website.
Q: DO OUR SIZES RUN TRUE?
Our shirts are all Gildan brand except for the 987 hooded top. It is an Anvil.
They run true in my opinion, but if in doubt go up a size.
If you get your order and the shirt soes not fit, we will replace it for 1/2 price.

LICENSED WITH THE MARINE CORPS AND LEGIT

I know that you all can find things cheaper and likely don't think there is any difference in buying on Etsy or other sites.
THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE...
MOST, not not all sellers on Etsy are infringing on the Marine Corps' ownership of their images and sayings. They are owned just like Ralph Lauren, Coca Cola, Nike, etc.
As a licensee, we have to follow the rules of our license, provide a yearly financial guarantee, and pay royalties based on a percentage of our sales. Bootleggers do not do any of this.
The good news is that the funds go to support the trademark program and provide programs for your Marines.
We have also been in this community for years, and have great rapport. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off.
BUYING LOCAL:
I know a lot of you feel like that is only buying from your town. This is a little different, The Marine Corp's town can't be found at your local print shop unless you live in a town with a base nearby. Even then, ask.
Your local print shop has no reason to be licensed with the Corps. If they say that they can make your shirts ask them if they are licensed with the Marine Corps. If they are not then they ae bootlegging.
